"It’s easy to use, but man..."
It’s easy to use, but man, this app can be a slow little pain sometimes. It freezes here and there, and receipt scans don’t always go through, which is super annoying. Points build up at a snail’s pace too, but I guess it’s still decent for getting something back on random purchases.

"My account was suspended literally the..."
My account was suspended literally the moment I tried to cash out, which was so annoying. They asked me for extra verification info, and sure, I get that apps need to check things, but then it dragged on for days and I could barely get a straight answer from anyone.
I was using the app normally and only scanning my own receipts, so the whole situation felt really unfair. It did eventually get reviewed and fixed, but by then I was already frustrated, and it definitely made me trust the app a lot less.

"Don’t count on the rewards being there"
Just a heads up for anyone saving up points: the good gift cards are almost always either sold out or not even available. I used to think the points were worth collecting, but now they feel useless.

"Support doesnt get back to me"
I reached out about points that were missing and all I keep getting is the same canned auto reply. Its been days now and still nothing is fixed. Frustrating when you cant actually talk to a real person about it

It’s okay overall, but some of my receipts scan wrong and then I have to go back and fix the details myself. Like, isn’t that the whole point?? It gets a little annoying, but it’s still usable...

"Works pretty much like I expected"
The gift cards mostly work fine, which is about what I expected. Every now and then it takes a little longer than I’d like, but overall it gets the job done.

"Easy enough, but the points feel slow to me"
I’ll admit I’m probably a little biased because I like reward apps where you can see progress quickly, and Fetch just feels slow for me. It’s super easy to use if I already have receipts lying around, so I do like that part. But most of my receipts only seem to give me around 25 points, which makes it take forever to build up enough for a decent reward. It’s not a bad app at all, I just wish the points were worth a bit more.

Fetch Rewards Q&A

I won 2 Amazon gift cards BUT they both say invalid security codes. Can I get some help please

Is Fetch Rewards a scam or a legitimate company?

“Fetch is a completely legitimate app. I earn points by simply snapping pictures of my receipts, and once I accumulate 5,000 points, I can exchange them for a $5 gift card. Similarly, 10,000 points can be redeemed for a $10 gift card, and so forth. I have never encountered any issues when redeeming my gift cards, so I highly recommend downloading the app. (:”

“Yes, they are legitimate. I have personally used Fetch Rewards to purchase household goods. I simply accumulate my points and redeem them for gift cards whenever necessary.”
